Pork Fat is a slice of soul-soaked nostalgia brought back to life by three longtime collaborators. Out in July on Music Factory Records, this greasy, groove-heavy jam reunites guitarist Ari Joshua with organist Delvon Lamarr and drummer Grant Schroff—a trio that once held down countless club gigs across the Pacific Northwest.
