Brooklyn, NY - May 10, 2024 - Ari Joshua, in collaboration with an exceptional group of musicians, proudly presents 'One Dub.' This reggae standout, composed by Ari Joshua, and performed by an all star band, offers a fresh take for fans of a rasta dub vibe. Recorded at the esteemed Bunker Studio in Brooklyn, NY with collaborators of Phish and Dead and Company band members, it comes at a perfect time with recent Las Vegas Sphere shows of Phish and Dead and Company captivating audiences across the nation.

Joining Ari for this remarkable session are renowned drummer John Kimock, bassist Andy Hess, and keyboardist Eden Ladin. Drummer John Kimock, known for his original music and contributions to the tours of Dead and Co bassist Otiel Burbridge and Phish bassist Mike Gordon, has been a growing force in the jamband scene for over a decade. Acclaimed NYC bassist Andy Hess, recognized for his work with Gov't Mule, The Black Crowes, and other notable acts, brings incredible depth to the music while holding down the bass. Completing the stellar lineup is internationally touring keyboardist Eden Ladin, whose extraordinary skills and honest expression have earned him a place among New York's elite players and venues.

'One Dub' is a must-listen for both fans of the Grateful Dead, Phish, and enthusiasts of reggae dub sounds like Bob Marley and the Wailers and Lee ‘Scratch’ Perry alike. This track beautifully showcases the synergy of this classic quartet formation, delivering an unforgettable take and dub vibes that keep on jamming.

Ari Joshua says, "The Bunker Studio, founded by my classmates Jon Davis and Aaron Nevise, holds a special significance for me. I witnessed its inception and recorded in its early stages. This was my first time recording in the big room. Working with Kimock, Hess, and Ladin was a dream; they are some of the best players in the world."

Guitarist Ari Joshua, born in Cape Town, South Africa, and raised in America, brings his exceptional talent and musical vision to all his pursuits. As a graduate of The New School in NYC, he has collaborated with a wide range of music industry luminaries. After the pandemic, Ari resolved to share his vault of recordings with the world. He is also the visionary behind The Music Factory, a music education facility celebrating its 16th year, employing over 100 individuals and providing over 100,000 music lessons.
