Swamp Squamp

Swampdweller, Ari Joshua, Guitari

Music Factory Records unveils a treasure from the archives with "Swamp Squamp" (initially titled 'Fog Mud Queen'), a standout piece from Swampdwellers' 2005 endeavor, "My Favorite Monster." Swampdweller was conceived by primary composer and alto saxophonist Marc Fendel and his ensemble, including guitarist Ari Joshua, whose compositional prowess also shines brightly on the record. The ensemble is rounded out by Chris Stromquist's dynamic drumming, Andy Sells' innovative turntable work, David Marriott Jr.'s soulful trombone, Jay Roulston's vibrant trumpet, and Joe Doria's rich Hammond organ tones, each contributing to the track's distinctive sound.
